Why should I assess my business?
If a business is to be future fit it needs to secure its access to input materials, finance, markets and ensure it has licences to operate. It too must attract talent and maintain customer confidence. The only way to do this is to understand the future constraints and requirements to best protect commercial viability and future profitability.

What are the benefits?
Once the hotspots, risks and priorities have been reviewed, opportunities can be identified and a plan prepared to transition the business to become future fit i.e. that it will continue to have access to materials, produce, finance and markets needed to have a viable and profitable business. What happens upon appointment?
There will be a series of questions and a review of your current set up, market, issues and priorities. Each business is different and will have different sensitivities when identifying hotspots, risks and priorities. These will be considered and explained when forming an aligned strategy and transitioning plan.
